Hello, I’m Mai (pronounced like May). I’m an artist and graphic designer from the Washington, DC area. My specialty is digital illustration and design, with a current focus in book design. I also work in various traditional mediums such as ink, colored pencil, oils, and watercolors. My work is inspired by literature, nature, and all things whimsical.My latest project was illustrating Gaston Leroux's classic novel The Phantom of the Opera. I'm currently working on my next illustration project: Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.*I do not consent to my work being used for AI or NFTs.
